The other day, my parents took my sister and I out to dinner at Petaling St in Box Hill. It's a Malaysian restaurant and it was open just recently (???). They have this "Afternoon Tea Set" but I can't imagine anyone eating that much at 4pm. Hainanese Chicken Rice and "La Cha 拉茶". I'm not entirely sure what 拉茶 is, but it tastes just like milk tea, only a little bit more bitter.
